PLDT Home has silently rolled out its latest and most affordable unlimited fiber plan yet, the PLDT Fiber 899! For just PHP 899, subscribers can now achieve a stable internet connection for a budget price.
The Fiber 899 Plan includes up to 35Mbps of speed with an average speed of 28Mbps, a minimum speed of 8Mbps, and a 30% reliability. Do note that this does not include a landline.
This plan is good for standard internet browsing just like for work or school-related research.
The Fiber 899 Plan includes a 36-month lock-in period, a PHP 3,600 installation and activation cost is required; this can be paid in whole or by adding ₱100 monthly installments to your billing cycle for 36 months, and only one valid ID is required when availing of this plan. Again, this plan does not include a landline.

Aside from the Fiber 899 Plan, PLDT also quietly rolled out its Fiber Prepaid with up to 35Mbps of speed, an average of 28Mbps speed, and a minimum of 10.5Mbps with 80% service reliability.
This prepaid service comes with a 15-day free unlimited fiber connection, however, an upfront cashout of PHP 1,599 is required. Subscribers can then reload at any time after the first 15 days. It can go for as low as PHP 299 for 7 days. Do note that this does not entitle subscribers to a monthly obligation like the postpaid PLDT Fiber Plans.
