Philippines Launches Online eNotarization Service

The Supreme Court officially launched electronic notarization, or eNotarization, on October 19, allowing Filipinos to have electronic documents notarized online.

Users can register through the SC-accredited providers: Twala, QLegal, and NotarizeIT.

To get started, users must create an account on their preferred platform and provide details such as their name, email address, and password.

Filipinos can also register as a principal to request notarization or as a notary to provide notarization services.

The process is handled through a secure Electronic Notarization Facility by a commissioned Electronic Notary Public.
