Panasonic recently announced its compact full-frame camera, the Panasonic Lumix S9.

Panasonic Lumix S9

One of the main features of the Lumix S9 is its 24.2MP sensor which is also used on the previous S5 II but with a bigger body. Even with its compact body, the Lumix S9 still has an interchangeable lens feature.

In terms of recording, the brand claims it can shoot videos at 6K resolution and 30 fps in 4:2:0 10-bit. It is also capable of achieving 4K60 in 4:2:2 10-bit style.

Moreover, the Lumix S9 features IBIS, Phase Hybrid AF, and a rotating touchscreen display. This makes it an effective hybrid camera. The camera also has a feature similar to Fujifilm’s Film Simulation Modes with its Real-Time LUTs, short for Look Up Table. By using the said feature during filming, users can avoid spending time color-grading their shots when they post them.

Lastly, the Lumix S9 comes in stylish leather with Green, Red, Black, and Blue color variants.
