In its homeland China, OPPO has a phone lineup called the K Series. Recently, the company announced the latest addition to that — the OPPO K7x. For only CNY1399 or roughly ~Php10,000 when roughly converted to Philippine peso, the K7x already offers 5G connectivity, a 90Hz display, and a 5000mAh with 30W fast charging.
How we wish this phone gets to other markets, as we think it’s one heck of a value than what we have today.
OPPO K7x gets 5G support, thanks to MediaTek Dimensity 720. It’s also paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. If you’re looking for a Dimensity-powered device in the country, the only option you have is Reno4 Z 5G that costs Php20,990 and is available via carriers only.
As for the rest of the K7x’s features, it offers 48MP quad-cameras, 16MP selfie in a pinhole, and a 6.5″ FHD+ IPS LCD with up to 600nits brightness level. The available colors are only Mirror Black and Shadow Blue. But, the matte-like, cloudy finish is really attractive in the pictures.
