OPPO has announced its latest smartphone under the K series in China, the OPPO K12 Plus. It comes with similar specs and design to the vanilla OPPO K12, except a bigger battery.
The OPPO K12 Plus sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming, and 93.40% screen-to-body ratio.
The device is built on a diamond shock-absorbing structure with airbag design which improves the protection of its major parts. The motherboard also receives less damage when falling with its motherboard reinforcement design, and machine shock-absorbing design for less fall damage.
Under the hood, it is powered by the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 octa-core processor with Adreno 720 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 expandable storage.
The OPPO K12 Plus also packs a large 6,400mAh battery capacity with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging and 10W wired reverse charging.
For optics, it features a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide shooter with 120° FOV, and a 16MP selfie camera.
The OPPO K12 Plus will be available in China starting October 15th. No word yet for local availability.
