In a promotional post by the local retail store, MemoXpress, OPPO A31 has been revealed to come with a price of P8,990. For a budget phone, you’re getting triple cameras and a large 4230mAh battery capacity. The handset is powered by Helio P35 chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It’s a large phone with a teardrop notch for the 6.5″ HD+ IPS LCD. While the resolution is on the lower side, OPPO claims up 480nits of typical brightness.
For the cameras, the back features 12MP f1.8 sensor along with 2MP f2.4 macro and 2MP f2.4 depth lenses. While the front camera houses an 8MP f2.0 sensor. Available in Fantasy White and Mystery Black, OPPO A31 can be purchased already through the aforementioned retail store, as well as other authorized stores. OPPO’s latest budget phone will have a tough competition from the likes of Huawei Y7p which retails for P9,990. Albeit being a little bit more expensive, it already uses 48MP quad-cameras and a more capable Kirin 710f chipset.
