OnePlus 6 has been reviewed by DxOMark, a provider of image quality ratings, and gave the handset a 96. Beating the Apple iPhone 8 Plus and Samsung Galaxy Note 8 by 2 points.
Apart from that, OnePlus also ranked higher than iPhone 8 by 4 points. Despite its high score, its flaws lie on video shooting. It only got 87 points while iPhone 8 Plus got 89 beating the OnePlus’ latest flagship smartphone.
According to DxOMark, it video shooting capabilities pros are efficiency with stabilization, fast autofocus, neutral white balance, low noise levels, details preserved in high contrast scenes. While its cons are the loss in detail in various lighting conditions, strong ringing and over-sharpening and visibility when it comes with sharpness differences between frames.
Going to the 100 point still camera, its autofocus capabilities got a hundred points which shows how fast OnePlus 6’s lenses. Next factor that got a high score is an Exposure and Contrast with 89 points. This is important as it really shows the image quality of the mobile camera.
