The OnePlus 3T is confirmed to run under Snapdragon 821, according to a recent tweet by Qualcomm.
Moreover, it comes with the latest Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box, a 16MP rear camera, an AMOLED display, and a whopping 8GB RAM.
These are still rumors but since the OnePlus 3T is the upgraded version of OnePlus 3, it is a possibility.
