We compared in to many devices, even to its predecessor, OnePlus One and it showed prowess in the majority of those comparisons. So, we figured we’ll highlight some of the many features that make the OnePlus 2 a worthwhile upgrade from the OnePlus One.
OnePlus realized the importance of interchangeable phone covers and the freedom of setting your phone’s mood with your own, as they throughly introduced 5 stylish swappable back covers for the OnePlus 2.
The covers, namely consists of sandstone, kevlar, bamboo, dark apricot and rosewood, were all slick and stylish and provided many options for OnePlus 2 users.
OnePlus took security and efficiency into consideration when they equipped the OnePlus 2 with fingerprint sensor.

The OIS system is pretty rare on smartphones, just recently, top companies released their smartphones with OIS capability. So with that in mind, OnePlus got on the bandwagon and was able to provide the OnePlus 2 with OIS features.
The OIS feature assures that every shot taken, brings about high detail preservation and color accurate images that photographer-minded users will surely enjoy and appreciate.
Since the popularity and approval on the use of nano SIMs, many device manufacturers focused in keeping up with the trending vibe on SIM features. OnePlus was a company that took the importance of nano SIM feature highly by providing a dual nano SIM feature on the OnePlus 2, a feature which was not present on the OnePlus One.
The OnePlus 2 is protected by one of Corning’s latest glass protection feature, the Gorilla Glass 4. This assures a more state-of-the-art protective capability on the phones screen display, the OnePlus 2 had upgraded its Gorilla Glass protection from the OnePlus One’s Gorilla Glass 3.
The OnePlus 2 is powered by Qualcomm’s current high-end chipset version, the Snapdragon 810. The powerhouse of a chip, enables high-quality device performance, which should be expected on OnePlus’s new device.
The OnePlus 2 has a RAM capacity of 4GB, compared to the OnePlus One’s maximised RAM capacity of 3GB. With this, The OnePlus 2 ensures higher storage capacity, in comparison to the OnePlus One.
The USB type C reversible connector is one of many of the OnePlus 2’s unique and outstanding features. The reversible USB connector enables USB connection utility, something that was not present on the OnePlus One.
This upgrade surely solidified OnePlus 2 as an upgraded form of the OnePlus One.
The OnePlus 2 is a remarkable evolution to the OnePlus One, OnePlus proved that they were all ears, when feedbacks about the OnePlus One were around. They listened to the opinions of its users and applied them on the next generation OnePlus flagship.
We hope to expect more from OnePlus as a whole, and we hope to see more evolutions and innovations on their part.
