
nubia has officially launched its new flagship camera phone, the Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition, which advanced camera system, and photography-focused accessories.
The device sports a 6.85-inch BOE Q9+ OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, full DCI-P3 color gamut, and up to 2000 nits peak brightness.
Now for optics, the Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition is equipped with a triple rear camera setup of 50MP OmniVision Light and Shadow Master 990 main camera, 50MP OmniVision OV50D ultra-wide camera, and 64MP OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera.
The front camera houses a 16MP OmniVision OV16A1Q under-display sensor for selfies.
It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Elite Edition processor, paired with 12GB or 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB , 512GB, and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
Powering the phone is a 6,600mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging.
One of its main features is the photography kit. It includes a T-mount adapter, 67mm filter adapter ring, shoulder strap, and magnetic mount. This allows users to attach filters like ND or polarizers to the phone, mimicking professional camera setups.
Out of the box, it runs on Nebula AIOS, based on Android 15, and supports dual nano SIM 5G for connectivity.
The nubia Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition is available in four configuration. The 12GB + 256GB is priced at CNY4,599 (about PHP35,299), 16GB + 512GB costs CNY4,999 (approx. PHP38,399), while the 16GB + 1TB is available for CNY5,599 (~PHP42,999), and the largest config of 24GB + 1TB is priced at CNY6,299 (approx. PHP48,399).
Availability is currently limited to China, with no details yet on global release.
