nubia Red Magic 7 gaming smartphone to launch in February


ZTE‘s subsidiary, nubia, has announced through Weibo that its upcoming gaming smartphone—the nubia REDMAGIC 7 will launch next month. However, the company hasn’t revealed yet the exact launch date for the gaming smartphone.

The nubia REDMAGIC 7 has already appeared on TEENA, revealing its alleged design and specifications. According to rumors, it will feature a 6.8-inch OLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner, Full HD+ screen resolution, and a high 165Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, it is expected to arrive with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC paired with up to 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 4,500mAh battery with a rumored 165W fast charging. In addition, it will boot Android 12 right out of the box.

Moreover, the smartphone will equip a triple rear camera configuration with a 64MP primary sensor. It will also come with an improved cooling system.

Note that all of these rumored specs and features are subject to change. Official details are yet to be revealed, so stay tuned.
