Recently, Nothing has launched an enhanced version of the Phone (2a) in India, the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus. It promises minor new upgrades to its specs.
Nothing Phone (2a) Plus specs:
For specs, it still retains the 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED panel with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, HDR10+, 10-bit color, 700 nits of typical brightness, 1300 nits of peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
However, it is powered by a faster 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro octa-core processor with Mali-G610 MC4 GPU. The chip can offer up to 3GHz clock speed, compared to 2.8GHz in the Dimensity 7200 found in the regular Phone (2a), making it 10% faster, and this also has a faster GPU clocked up to 1.3 GHz.
Inside, the new Nothing Phone also come with up to 12GB LPDD4X RAM with an additional 8GB RAM booster, 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, and 5,000mAh battery capacity with 50W fast charging via USB Type-C.
For thermals, it has an advanced liquid cooling system that includes a large 3,200 mm² vapour chamber for faster heat dissipation and 12,000 mm² large cooling area, said the company.
At the back, it retains the LEDs for the glyph with 3 separations and 26 LED lighting zones. The device is built on a metallic finish.
The Phone (2a) Plus is equipped with a triple 50MP cameras consisting of a 50MP Samsung GN9 main sensor and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide shooter at the back, and a 50MP Samsung JN1 selfie camera.
