The third installment of the Nothing smartphone lineup is officially confirmed. Nothing co-founder and marketing lead Akis Evangelidis, on their Nothing Community Quarterly Update, said that the upcoming Nothing Phone (2a) “is a clear upgrade compared to the Phone (1) on every single front” and they will focus on the smartphone’s performance, camera, and software.
Codenamed Aerodactyl, the Nothing Phone (2a) is expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, a Dimensity 7200 chipset, a dual 50MP Samsung rear camera, a 32MP Sony IMX615 front shooter, and 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage configurations.
The company is also expected to introduce the device at MWC 2024 later this month.
