OPPO is back with another mid-range device, the OPPO A6 Pro 5G, and we recently got our hands on one. So, as usual, it’s time for a closer look to determine whether this smartphone is worth considering.

The unit we have comes in the Coral Pink colorway. The back features a subtle, flower-like pattern reminiscent of a lotus, giving the device a distinct and stylish look. The matte finish has a slight sheen and is resistant to fingerprints, which adds to its overall clean aesthetic.
Along the frame, the left side is free of buttons for a minimalist appearance. At the bottom, you’ll find the SIM card tray and speaker grille, while the right side houses the volume rockers and power button.
For durability, the OPPO A6 Pro comes with IP69 water and dust resistance, as well as military-grade shock protection. It weighs around 188 grams and is approximately 8mm thick. The device strikes a balance between a premium feel and everyday comfort in the hand.

On the front, the OPPO A6 Pro is equipped with a 6.57-inch flat AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2374 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,400 nits (HBM) brightness.

The flat display helps minimize accidental touches and provides a natural viewing experience. Colors are vibrant, viewing angles are stable, and the screen remains clearly visible even under bright lighting.

Whether you’re watching content, gaming, or scrolling through social media, the display delivers a pleasant visual experience.

For imaging, the OPPO A6 Pro features a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera and a 2MP portrait lens, while the front houses a 16MP punch-hole selfie camera.
Main Camera
The 50MP main camera performs well in daylight, offering sharp details, natural colors, and good dynamic range.

In low-light or neon-lit environments, colors remain lively and exposure is managed decently. While some noise is noticeable in darker areas, the results are still quite acceptable for its class.
Selfie Camera
Selfies come out clear with accurate skin tones and good detail.
For video, the front camera supports 1080p at 60fps, while the rear camera records 1080p at 30fps.

Powering the device is the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.
It runs on ColorOS 15.0, based on Android 15. There are a few pre-installed apps, but these can be removed if not needed.

A notable feature is its up to 300% Ultra Volume, which boosts speaker output for clearer and louder audio when watching videos, gaming, or playing music.
