After its global launch in May 2025, the HUAWEI MatePad Pro 12.2-inch tablet is now confirmed to arrive in the Philippines this July.
The MatePad Pro 12.2-inch is equipped with a 12.2-inch OLED PaperMatte display, offering a 2800 × 1840, 274 ppi resolution, and up to 2000 nits peak brightness.
The HUAWEI MatePad Pro 12.2-inch can be used in three ways, as a tablet, a drawing pad, and a PC.
It includes the Glide Keyboard, which has a built-in charging cradle for the HUAWEI M-Pencil (3rd Gen).
The device also supports WPS Office Suite 2.0 and Live Multi Task, allowing up to three apps to run at the same time in resizable windows.
For note-taking, the HUAWEI Notes app offers features like AI handwriting enhancement and searchable symbols.
The display uses a Tandem OLED PaperMatte screen, which helps reduce glare and is designed for eye comfort during extended use.
For optics, it comes with a dual rear camera setup of a 50MP main and an 8MP secondary sensor. On the front is an 8MP selfie camera.
It also packs a 10,100mAh battery that, according to HUAWEI, can last up to 14 hours on a single charge.
The HUAWEI MatePad Pro 12.2-inch will be available soon on the HUAWEI Online Store, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. More details are expected to be announced closer to launch. Stay tuned.
