Xiaomi officially introduces another variant of its tablet, Xiaomi Pad 7. This new variant features a Nano Texture Display Edition. Let’s check its specs and price, and the difference with the initially released Pad 7, which was launched last year.
Starting it off with the display, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Nano Texture Edition features an 11.2-inch CrystalRes display with a 3.2K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 800 nits peak brightness.
Camera-wise, it features a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera. It includes quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
As mentioned, it has a Nano Texture surface and an anti-reflective coating, reducing glare by 99% and reflectivity by 65% for better outdoor visibility.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 based on Android 15.
The new Pad 7 is packed with an 8,850mAh battery supporting 45W wired charging via USB-C.
That being said, aside from the anti-glare and anti-reflective display, there isn’t much difference between the Xiaomi Pad 7 and the new Xiaomi Pad 7 Nano Texture Display Edition.
