HONOR Play 10A quietly launched in China

HONOR has silently launched a new budget smartphone in China, the HONOR Play 10A.

The HONOR Play 10A sports a 6.75-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, low light mode for eye comfort, and an e-book mode.

Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 with Mali-G57 MP2 GPU, paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage (expandable via microSD). It also packs a 5,300mAh battery capacity with 15W wired charging support.

The brand claims it can go up to 65 hours of standby time with the screen off and 3.4 hours of talk time at 10-percent battery.

Camera-wise, it is equipped with a 13MP main sensor at the back and a 5MP selfie camera at the front.

Other features include face unlock, dual nano SIM, and a shock-resistant body.

It is available in Lake Blue, Blue Sky, and Ink Rock Black colorways.

The HONOR Play 10A is priced at CNY 799 (~PHP 6,682) for the 4GB + 128GB model, while it retails for CNY 899 (~PHP 7,519) for the 6GB + 128GB variant.
