HUAWEI has started selling the WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN Royal Gold in Europe, expanding its luxury smartwatch lineup beyond China.
The WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN Royal Gold features a purple and gold color scheme. The case is made from zirconium-based liquid metal.
HUAWEI says the hollow case structure helps reduce weight. The ceramic bezel includes 18K and 24K gold accents, while the crown is plated with 18K gold.
The smartwatch has a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 466 × 466 pixels made with sapphire glass with a purple and gold titanium alloy strap.
It also offers smart gesture controls that allow users to answer calls, control apps, or trigger the camera using hand movements.
Health features include HUAWEI’s Health Glance, which provides a summary of 10 health metrics in about 60 seconds. These include heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, and other indicators. The watch also supports GPS navigation, local music storage, and activity tracking for sports such as running, cycling, and golf.
For extreme use, the WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN Royal Gold is rated for dives up to 150 meters. It includes a sonar-based underwater communication feature for sending simple messages while diving.
Battery life depends on usage mode, with extended options available for outdoor and dive activities. It supports eSIM, allowing calls to be made directly from the watch without a connected phone.
HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN Royal Gold is priced at EUR 3,299 (approx. PHP229,999) in countries including Spain, France, and Germany via HUAWEI’s online store.
