Xiaomi has quietly introduced a new tablet, the REDMI Pad 2 Play Bundle.
From its name, this new device is made for kids, but still similar to the standard REDMI Pad 2.
The device features an 11-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 2.5K resolution (2560 × 1600) at 274 ppi.

This Play Bundle version uses Matte Glass with AG nano-texture technology, which Xiaomi says can reduce up to 97% light interference for better outdoor visibility and reduced eye strain.
For cameras, it has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
Inside, the tablet runs on a 6nm MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra octa-core processor with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, expandable via microSD card up to 2TB.
The device is also packed with a 9,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging.
Out of the box, it runs on Android 15 with HyperOS 2.
The Play Bundle includes the REDMI Stylus for Pad, which does not require charging, and the REDMI Pad 2 Play Cover made of silicone with a built-in stand and stylus slot.

It also comes with a pre-installed bekids Coloring painting app with one month of VIP access.

For the price, the REDMI Pad 2 Play Bundle is priced at PHP9,999 in the Philippines.
