Samsung Launches Samsung Browser for Windows

Samsung Browser for Windows

Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of Samsung Browser for Windows.

With this, users can now experience mobile browsing on PCs with cross-device features and new AI tools.

The browser allows users to continue browsing between mobile devices and PCs, including resuming the same webpage, syncing bookmarks, and accessing browsing history.

It also supports Samsung Pass for saving login details and autofilling personal information.

Samsung is also introducing an AI assistant in partnership with Perplexity AI. The assistant can understand webpage content and user activity, helping with tasks such as summarizing tabs, searching browsing history using natural language, and generating content like travel plans based on what users are viewing.

The browser can also locate specific parts of videos and start playback at the relevant moment, based on user queries.

Samsung Browser for Windows will be available on devices running Windows 10 (version 1809 and above) and Windows 11.

Meanwhile, the AI features are currently limited to South Korea and the United States, with plans to expand to other regions.
