Globe has officially introduced Globe Starlink, a satellite-based mobile service.
The service automatically switches to the Globe Starlink network when there is no mobile signal, allowing users to send text messages and use limited mobile data in outdoor locations.
It is also designed for remote areas such as islands, mountains, and offshore locations.
According to Globe, the service supports basic online activities, including messaging, navigation, weather updates, and access to essential apps.
It may also be useful during emergencies when terrestrial mobile networks are unavailable.
How to Use Globe Starlink?

To use the service, customers need an active Globe SIM, a compatible device, and a Globe Starlink promo subscription.
Users must also enable data roaming and be in an outdoor area with an unobstructed view of the sky.
At launch, the service is available only on select Android and HarmonyOS devices, with iPhone support planned for a later date.
