GoPro has announced the Max 2 in the Philippines.
It’s a new 360-degree action camera that records up to 8K resolution and also supports single-lens capture for standard wide-angle footage.
The camera features a 1.82-inch touch display, a 1960mAh Enduro battery, and a waterproof design rated to 5 meters.
It uses a 1/2.3-inch sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and supports Max HyperSmooth stabilization with full 360-degree horizon lock.
The Max 2 offers 29MP 360 photos and 12MP single-lens photos, along with time-lapse and night-lapse modes, including star trails and light painting.
It also has six built-in microphones for spatial audio and includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and GPS for connectivity, with cloud uploads available through GoPro’s subscription service.
Storage is handled through a single microSD slot requiring a V30 A2 card, and the camera connects via USB-C 3.0.
The GoPro Max 2 is available in the Philippines at PHP31,990 SRP at Henry’s Cameras.
