We’ve listed the latest InstaPay and PESONet transfer fees from banks and digital banks in the Philippines.

This guide includes banks that offer completely free transfers, free transfers with limits or conditions, and those that continue to charge standard transfer fees.

Some banks provide free InstaPay or PESONet transfers only for a limited number of transactions, specific account types, or certain transaction amounts.

Based on the latest fee schedules and official announcements as of July 2026, BPI and OwnBank currently offer free InstaPay and PESONet transfers.

Other banks, including RCBC, GoTyme Bank, CIMB Bank, Land Bank of the Philippines, MariBank, Maya, EastWest Bank, UnionBank, UNO Digital Bank, and Netbank Mobile, offer free transfers with certain limits or conditions.

Meanwhile, banks such as BDO, Metrobank, PNB, China Bank, GCash, and Tonik Bank continue to charge transfer fees.

Transfer fees, free transfer limits, and eligibility requirements may change over time. Be sure to check your bank’s latest fee schedule or announcement before making a transfer.
