List of Road Closures in Manila on February 3-4

 

Heads up, Manila! Some roads in the city are gearing up to be temporarily off-limits from February 3 to 4, all in the spirit of the upcoming 7-11 Run 2024, according to the Manila Public Information Office (MPIO).

As the city gets ready to lace up its running shoes, here’s what you need to know about the road closures. From 10PM on February 3 until 8AM on February 4, certain roads will be off-limits, as outlined on MPIO’s Facebook account.

Temporarily Closed Roads

  • Bonifacio Drive from Anda Circle to Katigbak Drive
  • Katigbak Drive and South Drive Roxas Boulevard from Katigbak Drive to President Quirino Avenue
  • Maria Orosa Street from General Luna (Gate) to Kalaw Avenue
  • Finance Road from President Burgos Avenue to Taft Avenue
  • East and Westbound lanes of President Burgos from Taft Avenue to Roxas Boulevard
  • Muralla Street from Santa Lucia Street to General Luna Street
  • Binondo-Intramuros bridge from Muelle Dela Industria to A. Soriano Avenue
  • General Luna Street from Muralla Street to Real Street
  • Real Street from Santa Lucia to Solana Street
  • Victoria Street from General Luna Street to Solana Street
  • Solana Street from Victoria Street to A. Soriano Avenue

Alternative Routes

  • All Vehicles coming from Delpan Bridge shall make a turn around at Anda Circle to northbound lane of Mel Lopez Blvd. to Capulong or C-3 to point of destination.
  • All Vehicles coming from Pasay AOR utilizing northbound lane of Roxas Blvd. shall turn right to Pres. Quirino Ave. point of destination.
  • All Vehicles coming from Ma. Orosa St. intending to utilize P. Burgos Ave. shall turn right or left to Kalaw Ave. to point of destination.
  • All Vehicles coming from A. Mabini St. shall turn right or left to Kalaw Ave. to point of destination.
  • All Vehicles coming from Ayala Blvd intending to utilize Finance road shall turn left or right to Taft Ave. to point of destination.
  • All Vehicles (Southbound) coming from the 3 Bridges ( Jones, Mc Arthur and Quezon bridge) intending to utilize P. Burgos Ave. shall go straight to Lagusnilad to Taft Ave. to point of destination.
  • All Vehicles intending to utilize Binondo-Intramuros bridge shall go straight to Muelle De Industria to point of destination.
  • All Vehicles westbound of Kalaw Ave. shall turn left to M.H.Del Pilar St. to point of destination.

So, if you’re planning any late-night or early-morning ventures during this period, it’s time to map out alternative routes to avoid any speed bumps in your plans.
