
Alongside the OPPO Find X9 Series, OPPO has introduced the OPPO Pad 5 tablet in China.
The OPPO Pad 5 features a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 3000 x 2120 resolution, 144Hz adaptive refresh rate, and a 7:5 aspect ratio.
The matte variant uses nano-etching to cut reflections by 97% and improve clarity by 22%.

The screen supports 540Hz touch sampling, 900 nits peak brightness, 10.7 billion colors, 98% DCI-P3 coverage, and TĂśV Rheinland eye protection certification.
Both the front and rear cameras are 8MP sensors, supporting 4K video at 30fps, Super Steady mode (1080p/30fps), and 1080p time-lapse.
Powering the tablet is the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor with Immortalis G925 MC12 GPU.
Memory options include 8GB, 12GB, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB UFS 4.1 storage.

The Pad 5 also packs a 10,420mAh battery with 67W wired SUPERVOOC charging.
Out of the box, it runs on ColorOS 16, optimized for multitasking with up to five active windows, cross-device file sharing, and education tools.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth with aptX HD, LDAC, and LHDC 5.0, plus a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port.


The OPPO Pad 5 will be available in China starting October 22, 2025.
