HONOR has introduced the HONOR Watch X5 in China, launching it alongside the new HONOR 500 smartphone series.
The Watch X5 features a 1.97-inch AMOLED display with a 390 × 450 resolution, 302 PPI, and slim 1.8mm bezels. It supports a 60Hz refresh rate, Always-On Display, and lift-to-wake. The screen is protected by 2.5D curved glass.
The watch uses an aluminum alloy front, a PC+ABS back, and includes liquid silicone straps with quick-release support. A stainless steel rotating crown is available for navigation.
The Watch X5 includes essential sensors like a heart-rate sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, and barometer. It supports 120+ sports modes, route recording, stretching guidance, and voice exercise prompts, and comes with 5ATM and IP68 protection.
For location tracking, it uses five-system GNSS, while Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC handle connectivity features such as door access and offline payments.
Health functions include 24-hour heart-rate monitoring, SpO₂ tracking, sleep and stress analysis, one-tap health checks, and female health tracking, with all data synced to the HONOR Health app.
For compatibility, it works with devices running Android 9.0 and iOS 13.0 or later.
It also charges through a magnetic pogo-pin connector and offers up to 14 days of battery life, or around 5 days with Always-On Display turned on.
The HONOR Watch X5 smartwatch is priced at CNY449 (approx. PHP 3,599) in China.
