Canon EOS R6 V Price Revealed in the Philippines

Canon Philippines has officially revealed the price of the new EOS R6 V in the Philippines.

The Canon EOS R6 V supports 7K 30p RAW open gate recording, giving an output at 3:2 and allows users to reframe cinematic 16:9 films, vertical 9:16 social edits, square 1:1 cuts, tighter crops, zooms, and pans from the same footage.

Other recording formats include: 7K 60p RAW (light) internally in full-frame 17:9; 4K 60p/30p oversampled that at 60p Fine and up to 7K oversampling in 4K 30p Fine, creating crisper, more detailed images with smoother gradations and more accurate colors; uncropped 4K 120p for smooth slow-motion; and 2K/FHD 180. For a cinematic color grading, it supports Canon Log 2 and Log 3 with up to 15+ stops of dynamic range, alongside Canon 709, HDR PQ, and HLG profiles.

Real-time guides or visual information, such as waveform for brightness, false color for exposure, zebra display for instant zebra stripe overlays on overexposed areas, and focus guide that shows direction of movement and distance to subject.

The camera also supports dual card slots, one CFexpress Type B slot and one SD UHS-II slot. This allows proxy and sub recording with LUT, shooting 7K RAW or 4K DCI to CFexpress while simultaneously capturing lightweight 2K DCI proxy or 4K sub files to the SD card.

Powering the EOS R6 V is a 32.5MP full-frame CMOS sensor paired with the DIGIC X image processor, said to reproduce every detail, tone and colour with precision and depth. It supports up to 40fps capture with the silent and blackout-free electronic shutter, along with Pre-continuous Shooting at up to 20 frames before the shutter is fully pressed. Image formats are available in 14-bit RAW, 14-bit C-RAW, 10-bit HEIF, and 8-bit JPEG.

Its Dual Pixel CMOS AF II is said to deliver fast, accurate subject detection and tracking across stills and video, while the Register People Priority can store up to 100 faces for automatic recognition.

The camera is incorporates a built-in 5-axis In-Body Image Stabilizer that reduces camera shake across every lens. It can be paired with a compatible RF lens and Coordinated Control IS combines In-Body Image Stabilizer (IS) and Optical Image Stabilizer (IS) for even greater shake reduction of up to 7.5 stops.

Additionally, it supports 8K-capable CFexpress standards (card dependent), USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 connectivity, HDMI Type A, microphone, and headphone ports. Other features include an internal cooling fan, 24-bit 4-channel LPCM audio, built-in power zoom lever compatibility, native vertical tripod mounting with automatic UI rotation, magnesium-alloy body, dust- and drip-resistant sealing, a vari-angle LCD, and intuitive controls.

Pricing and Availability

The Canon EOS R6 V is priced at PHP 148,998 for the body only, while with the RF 20-50mm f/4L IS USM Kit retails for PHP 229,998.

It is now available to pre-order at Henry’s Cameras stores nationwide and at the Henry’s Cameras Photo Fiesta this June 19-21, 2026, at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall.

Pre-orders from Henry’s Cameras will entitle customers to a free a PGYTECH OneGo Lite 16L Backpack and a 256GB CFexpress Type B card.
