vivo has officially launched the X300 and X300 Pro globally, and both models are now listed on vivo’s European website.
The vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution, while the vivo X300 has a slightly smaller 6.31-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED screen with the same refresh rate and resolution.
Camera-wise, the X300 Pro includes a 50MP main camera, a 200MP HPB telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. The X300, on the other hand, comes with a 200MP HPB main camera, a 50MP telephoto, and a 50MP ultra-wide. Both models also have a 50MP JN1 front camera.
Inside, they are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with 12GB or 16GB RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage.
The vivo X300 Pro has a 5,440mAh battery, while the X300 comes with a 5,360mAh battery. Both models support 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
Out of the box, the series runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and will receive five years of OS updates and seven years of security patches.
