Specs-wise, the device uses a 6.8-inch 1.5K HyperGlow 4D curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 6,500 nits peak brightness. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
At the back, it features a triple-camera system consisting of a 200MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP 3.5x telephoto lens with up to 120x superzoom, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. It also supports 4K video recording at up to 60fps on the main and telephoto cameras, along with an underwater camera mode. On the front, it has a 50MP selfie camera that supports 4K video at 60fps.
Under the hood, the realme 16 Pro+ is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, built on a 4nm process, paired with a large vapor chamber cooling system and an AnTuTu score of around 1.44 million.

It comes with a 7000mAh battery and supports 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging.
On connectivity, it supports dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC. The device runs realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16 and includes IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
It also features stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
