REDMI is set to launch the REDMI K100 smartphone in China on October 27, following the unveiling of the REDMI K100 Pro and K100 Pro Max back in August.

Ahead of the launch, REDMI has revealed several key details about the K100. Promotional images shared by the brand show the device with a flat rear panel, a metal mid-frame, and a horizontal camera module, while also teasing it in Firefly Green color.
In terms of specs, the upcoming smartphone is confirmed to feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,500 nits. It will support a 480Hz multi-finger touch reporting rate, 3,500Hz instant touch sampling, native 165fps gameplay in select games, and the D2 gaming chip for image upscaling and frame interpolation in supported games.
Powering the K100 is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite octa-core processor and runs on HyperOS 4 based on Android 17. It will pack a massive 10,000mAh battery, which will be larger than the 9,070mAh cell in the K100 Pro Max and the 8,580mAh battery in the K100 Pro.
REDMI has yet to reveal the device’s camera specifications, but the promotional images show two rear cameras and an LED flash along with a Sound by Bose branding on the camera module.

REDMI will also introduce the Clip Neo open-ear earphones along with the K100 smartphone.
REDMI has not confirmed an international launch for the standard K100. However, the device is expected to reach global markets under Xiaomi’s POCO branding, following the K100 Pro models’ global launch rebranding.
Pre-orders are already open in China. More details will be revealed during the launch.
