
Xiaomi has silently unveiled its latest budget smartphone under the Redmi 13 series in China, the Redmi Note 13R.
For specs, it features a 6.79-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and 550 nits peak brightness. There’s also a punch-hole cutout at the front housing an 8MP selfie camera.
Powering the device is Qualcomm’s 2.3 GHz 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Advanced Edition octa-core processor with Adreno 613 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 2.2 internal storage (expandable via microSD).
For battery, it packs a 5,030mAh (typical) battery with 18W fast charging.
At the back, there’s a 50MP main sensor accompanied by a 2MP macro lens.
The Redmi Note 13R is now available in China. There’s no word yet for local availability.
