NVIDIA has introduced the Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer Kit, a compact AI computer.
This device redefines generative AI for small-edge devices, delivering up to 67 TOPS of AI performance, a 1.7x improvement over its predecessor.
The Jetson Orin Nano Super supports AI models, including vision transformers, large language models, and vision-language models, providing a robust solution for applications like LLM chatbots, visual AI agents, and robotics.
This new kit includes an NVIDIA Ampere GPU with tensor cores, a 6-core Arm CPU, and support for up to four cameras, enabling high-resolution and high-frame-rate applications.
Memory bandwidth is increased by 50%, reaching 102GB/s, ensuring seamless AI application performance.
Existing Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit users can upgrade to the latest JetPack SDK to unlock the same performance boost, making advanced generative AI capabilities more widely accessible.
Moreover, the Jetson ecosystem integrates with NVIDIA’s AI tools, such as Isaac for robotics, Metropolis for vision AI, and Holoscan for sensor processing.
Developers also gain access to Omniverse Replicator for synthetic data generation and TAO Toolkit for fine-tuning pre-trained AI models.
Additionally, the NVIDIA Jetson AI Lab and community provide tutorials and support for cutting-edge AI projects. Ecosystem partners further extend functionality with custom software, developer tools, and hardware solutions like cameras and carrier boards.
The NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer Kit is available starting today. It is priced at USD249 (approx. PHP14,699). What do you think?
