
The upcoming vivo X300 FE has appeared online with its full specifications in Russia.
The device is listed with a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a 2640 × 1216 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It supports the P3 wide color gamut and is rated for up to 5000 nits of local peak brightness.
In terms of cameras, the X300 FE features a triple rear camera system consisting of a 50MP main camera, a 50MP secondary camera, and an 8MP sensor. On the front, it includes a 50MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

Inside, the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Mobile Processor, built on a 3nm process.
The phone is expected to come in two memory configurations, which are 12GB LPDDR5X Ultra with 256GB UFS 4.1 storage and 12GB LPDDR5X Ultra with 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. However, microSD expansion is not supported, though the device expands RAM virtually by up to an additional 12GB.
The device packs a 6500mAh battery with support for 90W FlashCharge wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
For software, the phone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

Despite its vivo Russia listing, an official launch date and pricing of the vivo X300 FE have not yet been announced.
In the Philippines, its predecessor, the vivo X200 FE retails at PHP44,999 for the 12GB + 512GB model.
