vivo has confirmed a launch event in China on June 25, where the vivo X Fold 5 will officially launch. The phone has also already been teased on vivo’s website in China.
It will feature an 8.03-inch inner display and a 6.53-inch cover display, both using 8T LTPO panels and high-frequency PWM dimming.
On the back, it might feature a 50MP main camera, 50MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP IMX882 periscope lens.
Although, still unconfirmed, the device is likely powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and a 6,000mAh battery, with support for 90W wired and 30W wireless charging.
For its dimensions and weight, the foldable phone is expected to boast a 5mm thickness and will weigh 209 grams.
