The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) have officially launched the NBI eClearance service on the eGovPH Super App.
With this update, users can now use the app to renew their NBI Clearance online.
Verified users can renew their NBI Clearance, access a digital copy of their renewed clearance, and view their latest issued clearance.
The NBI Clearance fee remains PHP 130. Applicants who choose door-to-door delivery will pay a delivery fee, which may vary depending on the recipient’s location, and a PHP 30 convenience fee.

Those who choose to pick up their renewed NBI Clearance at any NBI Clearance Center will not pay a delivery fee. However, the PHP 30 convenience fee still applies, making the total cost PHP 160, which includes the PHP 130 NBI Clearance fee.
The eGovPH Super App supports several payment options for NBI eClearance transactions. Users can pay through over-the-counter (OTC) payment centers, online banking, cash payment, ECPay, 7-Eleven, Visa, Mastercard, GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, and Dragonpay.
After completing the transaction, applicants should save their reference number, as it will be needed to track and verify their NBI eClearance renewal.
