
Introduced last month, HMD Global has officially launched the HMD Skyline smartphone in the Philippines.
To recap, the HMD Skyline sports a 6.55-inch FHD+ pOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, up to 1000 nits of brightness, 20:9 aspect ratio, Miracast, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
It comes in Neon Pink and Twisted Black colors.
The device also features Gen2 repairability, meaning users can easily repair the smartphone’s display in the comfort of their homes. It only has a few steps and a few screws to turn to pop open the back cover and the front display.
Meanwhile, powering it is Qualcomm’s 2.4GHz 4nm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 octa-core processor with Adreno 710, 12GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage.
It also packs a 4600mAh battery with 33W wired charging, 15W magnetic wireless charging, and 5w reverse wireless charging. The battery is also user replaceable.
Camera-wise, it boasts a 108MP main sensor with Hybrid OIS+EIS, a 13MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP telephoto lens. Upfront is a 50MP selfie camera with an Eye-tracking focus feature.
The HMD Skyline is now available through HMD’s official Shopee and Lazada stores.
