
Lava recently launched its latest 5G smartphone in the Play series in India, the Lava Play Max.
The Lava Play Max sports a 6.72-inch LCD panel with FHD+ (1080 x 2400) resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, it is powered by the 2.5GHz 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 octa-core processor with Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM (+ up to 8GB Extended Memory) and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage (expandable up to 1TB via microSD). There’s also a 5,000mAh battery capacity packed inside with 33W wired fast charging support.
Handling the heat is a Vapor Chamber Cooling, which is the first in the segment, according to Lava.
Camera-wise, the Play Max is equipped with a 50MP main camera with EIS at the back, while an 8MP selfie camera is at the front.


The Lava Play Max is priced at INR 12,999 (~PHP 8,483) for the 6GB + 128GB model, while the 8GB + 128GB retails for INR 14,499 (~PHP 9,462).
The phone is now available in India.
