Intel has announced that laptops powered by its latest Core Ultra Series 3 processors are now available in the Philippines.
The new chips were first introduced at CES 2026 and are designed for AI-focused computing.
Alongside this, the company introduced the more affordable Core Series 3 processors. These are aimed at entry-level and mainstream devices while still supporting AI-related features.
They combine a CPU, GPU, and a neural processing unit (NPU) to handle tasks such as productivity tools, content creation, and AI-assisted features directly on the device.
According to Intel, the processors are built on its Intel 18A process and offer improved performance, graphics, and power efficiency.
The integrated NPU can deliver up to 50 TOPS of AI performance for on-device workloads, while the new Xe3 graphics aim to improve visual and gaming performance.
Intel said Core Series 3 can deliver up to 47% better single-thread performance and up to 41% better multi-thread performance compared to older systems, along with improved GPU AI capabilities.
These processors also support modern connectivity features like Thunderbolt 4, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 6.
Laptops with the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 are now being offered by major brands, including ASUS, Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and MSI, through local retailers.
More laptops powered by both processor lines are expected to roll out throughout 2026.
