After its unveiling last month, Spotify is now rolling out its Prompted Playlist feature to more Premium subscribers in the US and Canada.
The Prompted Playlist feature allows users to create a playlist by describing what they want to listen to using their own words. The feature uses real-time music trends, global charts, and takes the user’s listening history into account to generate personalized playlists.
Users can also edit their prompt at any time, or start a new one. The playlist can also be refreshed daily or weekly. Additionally, when a specific song was added to the playlist, users will get a quick one-line explanation.
This new feature can be accessed by going to “Create” in Spotify and tappping “Prompted Playlist.” After that, the user can now say what they want to hear.

Through the end of the month, Premium users in both nations will continue to receive the beta.
