iQOO Pad 5, Pad 5 Pro Tablets Unveiled in China

iQOO has officially launched the Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro tablets in China.

The Pad 5 has a smaller 12.1-inch 2.8K display (2800×1968), 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 900 nits brightness.

Meanwhile, the iQOO Pad 5 Pro features a 13.2-inch LCD with a 3.1K resolution of 3096 × 2064, a 144Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of 1200 nits. It supports HDR10 and P3 color gamut with high color accuracy.

Apart from that, both screens have low blue light filtering, DC dimming, and a reading mode.

Camera-wise, the Pad 5 carries an 8MP rear and 5MP front setup. As for the Pad 5 Pro, it offers a 13MP rear and 8MP front camera.

Under the hood, the Pad 5 Pro runs on the Dimensity 9400+ chip built on TSMC’s 3nm process, while the Pad 5 uses the Dimensity 9300+.

Now, let’s talk about the batteries. The Pad 5 has a 10,000mAh battery and 44W charging. At the same time, the Pad 5 Pro has a 12,050mAh battery with 66W fast charging.

Out of the box, both tablets run on OriginOS 5 operating system.
