HUAWEI Philippines has introduced its new line of wearables, led by the WATCH GT 6 Series.
The WATCH GT 6 Series includes two models: the WATCH GT 6 and the WATCH GT 6 Pro.
The smartwatches are built with aerospace-grade titanium alloy, sapphire glass, and ceramic backs. The GT 6 comes with a lightweight fluoroelastomer strap, while the Pro version is designed for more rugged use.
These smartwatches also feature fitness and health monitoring capabilities, including sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress tracking. The GT 6 Pro also supports ECG readings, fall detection, altitude alerts, and cycling performance metrics.
For outdoor use, the GT 6 Pro offers precise positioning for activities like trail running and hiking, as well as water resistance up to 40 meters for freediving.
Connectivity-wise, it features Bluetooth calling, music playback, offline maps, and notifications. GCash Watch Pay is now compatible with iOS, Android, and Huawei devices.
Both devices ship with HarmonyOS 6.0 and can offer up to 21 days of battery life.
The HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 is now available for pre-orders, priced at PHP 13,999. Meanwhile, the WATCH GT 6 Pro starts at PHP17,999 and is open for pre-order until October 9, 2025.
HUAWEI also introduced the WATCH Ultimate 2 and WATCH D2 at the launch event. The WATCH D2 will receive an update on October 15 that adds timed and continuous blood pressure monitoring.
