Alongside the RED MAGIC 11 Pro series smartphones, nubia has introduced the RED MAGIC 16 Pro Gaming Laptop in China.
The laptop features a 16-inch MagicCloud Ultra Competition Screen 2.0 with a 2560 × 1600 resolution, 300Hz refresh rate, and 4ms response time for smooth and detailed visuals.
Under the hood, it is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9-275HX processor with 24 cores and 24 threads, reaching up to 5.4GHz.
The brand claims it offers up to 40% higher performance than Intel’s 14th-gen HX series. GPU options include the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090, RTX 5080, and RTX 5070 Ti, with up to 64GB RAM and 2TB SSD storage available.
Cooling is handled by the MagicCool 2.0 system, which uses 3D heat pipes, vapor chambers, and dual fans for efficient temperature control.
According to the company, airflow is increased by 61.5% and wind pressure by 94.2% for better stability during heavy workloads.
Connectivity options include Thunderbolt 5, HDMI 2.1 FRL, 2.5G LAN, and three USB-A ports.
It also features the Top Player System for performance mode switching and a MORA AI assistant for voice commands and gaming support.
