Samsung Rolls Out One UI 9 Beta 4 for Galaxy S26 Series

Samsung has started rolling out the fourth One UI 9 beta update for the Galaxy S26 series.

The update is based on Android 17 and comes with firmware version ending in ZZG4. It is around 1.25GB in size and includes the July 5, 2026 Android security patch.

One UI 9 Beta 4 does not introduce major new features. Instead, it focuses on fixing issues reported in previous beta versions.

According to the changelog, the update fixes:

• Abnormal lock screen clock size when rotating the device.
• Privacy Display routine not working properly when enabled or disabled through Quick Panel or Settings.
• The navigation bar disappears during certain games.
• UI lag when opening and closing the Quick Panel.
• Timer notification numbers are being cut off, and Live Notification interface issues.
• “Bluetooth audio media volume” routine not working correctly when connecting to a car’s Bluetooth.

The fourth beta is currently available in Germany, India, Poland, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. Samsung is also expected to release the update in the United States soon.

Samsung continues to refine One UI 9 as it prepares for the stable release later this year.
