iQOO has started teasing its upcoming flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15 Ultra.
The brand has shared a poster with the iQOO 15 Ultra moniker and a Chinese text on it, revealing it will be announced before the Chinese New Year. Therefore, the device is expected to debut by the end of January or the first half of February.

While iQOO has yet to reveal information about the upcoming device, leaks have already surfaced online, revealing that the iQOO 15 Ultra will cater to a specific group of users. It’s likely for competitive gaming, creators, and streamers.
Reports suggest that it will feature gaming shoulder triggers and an active cooling fan, which would be one of the largest fans put in a smartphone.
Some of its specs are rumored to be identical to the base iQOO 15, including a 6.85-inch flat LTPO AMOLED panel with 2K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 6,000-nit peak brightness, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. It is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and will pack around 7,000mAh battery capacity with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Other sources also stated that its performance will be close to that of future next-generation chipsets such as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and the Dimensity 9600.
Other leaked features include triple 50MP cameras, IP68/69 dust and water resistance rating, and OriginOS 6-based Android 16 OS.
