Meta has announced the global rollout of subscription plans for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
According to Meta’s Head of Product Naomi Gleit, more subscription plans for creators, businesses, and Meta AI users are expected to launch in the future under a possible new branding called “Meta One.”
The new subscription plans include Facebook Plus and Instagram Plus, both priced at USD 3.99 (approx. PHP250) per month, while WhatsApp Plus costs USD 2.99 (approx. PHP200) per month.
According to Meta, these new Plus subscriptions are separate from Meta Verified and will not replace the existing verification service.
Facebook Plus and Instagram Plus will offer additional features such as advanced Story insights including rewatch counts, unlimited audience lists beyond Close Friends, and the option to extend Stories beyond the usual 24-hour limit.

Subscribers will also get access to Story previews before posting, Story viewer search, profile-only posts that will not appear in followers’ feeds, Super Heart animated Story reactions, custom app icons, custom bio fonts, and more profile pins.
Meanwhile, WhatsApp Plus will include features such as custom ringtones, additional app themes, more pinned chats, extra sticker packs, and expanded list customization options.
Meta said the rollout is now expanding globally, although availability may vary depending on the region.
