Samsung has added a new variant to its Galaxy Book 5 lineup, the Galaxy Book 5 Edge 5G, the only model in the series with built-in 5G support.
The Galaxy Book 5 Edge 5G comes with a 15.6-inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS display with an anti-glare finish.
It includes a 2MP front camera for video calls and the audio comes from stereo speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos.
Inside, it is powered by the Snapdragon X (X1-26-100) processor with Adreno graphics, paired with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB eUFS storage.
The laptop also carries a 61.2Wh battery and supports 65W USB-C fast charging.
Out of the box, the Galaxy Book 5 runs on Windows 11 Home.
Other features include a fingerprint reader, TPM security, a numeric keyboard, and Samsung software such as Galaxy Book Experience, Multi Control, Second Screen, Samsung Notes, Quick Share, SmartThings, Bixby, and Samsung Flow.
The Galaxy Book 5 Edge 5G in 512GB variant is priced at EUR949 on Samsung’s UK website. Samsung has not announced availability in other markets.
