9to5Google revealed that Motorola has started rolling out Android 14 and the May 2024 security patch to the Razr and Razr+ models. Additionally, Razr+ users will see new features like Always On Display (AOD) functionality for the external cover screen.
However, it’s important to note that the update is being released in phases. Some users already have access, while others are still waiting.
This phased rollout means it’s just a matter of time before all compatible devices receive the update. Currently, the rollout is focused on the US market, so users outside the US might experience further delays.
As we look forward to Android 15, there’s growing curiosity about whether it will receive this update and when it might happen.
