MediaTek has officially introduced two new mobile processors, the Dimensity 7400 and Dimensity 7400X.
It offers a MiraVision 955 display engine that allows support for WFHD+ at 120Hz and Full HD+ at 144Hz.
For imaging, the Dimensity 7400 series is equipped with the Imagiq 950 ISP, supporting up to 200MP cameras and 4K HDR video at 30fps.

Both processors are built on TSMC’s 4nm process and feature an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A78 cores (2.6GHz) and four Cortex-A55 cores (2.0GHz).
They include a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, LPDDR5 and LPDDR4X RAM support (up to 6400Mbps), and storage compatibility with UFS 3.1 and UFS 2.2.
Connectivity features include 5G with 3CC carrier aggregation, a peak downlink speed of 3.27 Gbps, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.4.
AI processing is enhanced with the APU 655, offering a 15% performance boost over its predecessor.
The UltraSave 3.0+ power-saving technology helps reduce gaming power consumption by up to 36%, while Google Ultra HDR support enhances image and video quality.

Devices powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 and Dimensity 7400X chipsets are expected to launch in Q1 2025.
