ASUS has launched a new budget-friendly monitor in China called the ASUS VA259HGA.
The monitor comes with a 24.5-inch Full HD IPS display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, 1920 × 1080 resolution, 1ms MPRT response time, and Adaptive-Sync support for smoother visuals.
It uses an anti-glare panel, offers 178° viewing angles, and has a three-sided frameless design for cleaner multi-monitor setups.
ASUS claims 99% sRGB coverage, 300 nits brightness, and contrast ratios of 1500:1 (typical) and 3000:1 (max).
For eye comfort, the VA259HGA monitor includes TÜV Rheinland-certified Flicker-Free and Low Blue Light features, along with DC dimming and a Blue Light Filter accessible through the on-screen settings.
Connectivity includes HDMI 1.4, VGA, a headphone jack, and a PC audio input. It also has dual 2W speakers for basic audio needs.
The stand supports tilt adjustment (+23° to -5°), and the monitor is compatible with 100 × 100mm VESA mounting. It also supports Power Sync, allowing it to turn on or off alongside compatible ASUS mini PCs.
The ASUS VA259HGA monitor is priced at CNY610 (approx. PHP4,999) and is now available in China.
