Motorola is currently rolling out the Andoird 8.0 oreo update to the Moto X4 Android One as the company promised they would when it was released. The update weighs over 1GB and brings the latest security patches and Android Oreo features.
Moto X4 Andoird One Edition users should get a notification to download and install the said update. Users are advised to charge their smartphones to at least 50% and connect to a high-speed Wi-Fi before downloading the update. However, for those who didn’t get any notification can check the Oreo update manually in the Settings. Just go to Settings, click the “About Phone” and then tap “System Updates”.
Although it took them more than 2 months to keep their promise, Andoird Oreo for Moto X4 is finally here. As it just started rolling out, some may not have it for now. It might take a few more weeks to hit all of the devices.
